Chief Commercial Officer: Mar 2024 – Present

At Outlier Ventures (Europe's leading Web3 accelerator), I lead commercial strategy, build new products, and design investment propositions that support teams launching + growing tokens. Creation of a later-stage investment proposition for pre- and post-TGE teams. Working across startup acceleration + incubation as well as P&L + board responsibilities

Accomplishments:

  • Developed the later-stage investment + token advisory function. Launched proposition with a new target audience. Led 20+ investment/advisory deals (including post-TGE “growth” proposition)

  • Leadership for partnerships, advisory, program and marketing teams (7-13 direct reports), raising $6million investment funds and generating $2million program revenue so far in 2025

  • Spoke at 6 major conferences on investment thesis + trends (Proof of Talk, Token2049, Binance Blockchain Week, EthCC, EthDenver)

  • Evolved ecosystem + foundation strategy proposition, and negotiated win-win partnerships (Midnight, Hedera, Injective, OODA + others)

My first full time period at the firm. Developing investment process, product strategy, as well as covering legal + regulation during the ICO boom. Member of investment committee, + focused on GTM for portcos. 

Accomplishments:

  • Designed pivot from incubation to Accelerator program (370+ cohort participants to date) 

  • Developed process, operating principles, team structure, KPIs, and commercial model for accelerator

  • Incubation: Partnered with Fetch.ai from a 3 person team on proposition, go-to-market, legal, structuring and token launch partnering with Binance in 2019

  • Grew team to over 40 people via distributed delivery model. Led development of operating framework + OKR for business planning + reporting

Accomplishments:

  • $36million fundraise + TGE with Boson Protocol - head of strategy: growth, community + product strategy 2021-2024

  • Numerous growth assignments (eg Swash, SubQuery, ATOR, Itheum, Fetch.ai, Co:create, Palantir)

  • Worked with Fetch.ai on concept, strategy + launch for DeFi trading automation tool with 100k+ connected wallets at peak

  • Founded and scaled operations - creating all processes and product propositions

  • Built a team of 10 and developed operational systems to deliver complex strategy projects. Grew from £0 to £1.4 million in annual revenue.

Moved from full-time at Outlier to a portco role focused on building a strong community, developer and partner ecosystem for Fetch.ai, to drive growth in the decentralized ML network. 6x token price during tenure

Accomplishments:

  • Strategic repositioning of Fetch.ai’s product marketing narrative, aligning it with developer needs and core use cases

  • Created strategy to strengthen Fetch.ai’s presence in collective learning and mobility, positioning it as a foundational ecosystem for AI-driven applications

  • Demonstrated strong “build-in-bear” community narrative during Covid-19 crisis with weekly meetups + AMAs around product fundamentals + demos

Chief Operating Officer: Dec 2015 – Sep 2017 / Managing Director, UK: Jul 2011 – Dec 2015

Led development of global product strategy + innovation services consultancy. Overall P&L and commercial responsibility for the group ($34million revenue, 300ppl, 6 offices), as well as for management of senior leaders. 

Accomplishments:

  • Grew business from 26 to 300 people over 6 years and launched offices in US and China

  • Responsible for P&L in the UK, then globally. Client relationships, new business, marketing, talent and expansion strategy for the network (eg Nike, HSBC, JP Morgan, Sainsbury’s etc)
